Hellow friend this blog is about SBICARD (SBI credit card ) today I am telling you how SBICARD cheat their customers.



Actually SBICARD not have value of there customer. They not have support staff, No anyone is there to answer customer question. If you email and massage to him they never reply to your question, sometimes very rarely received reply then they saying please explain properly we not understand your problem this is very Common reply from them.

I have also SBI credit card but now days I am not using becouse the this card is not handy as other card, not accepted at many places, payment gateway method is very dificult as compare to other credit card, SBICARD app is also not usable, hard to use, not useful option there, and mostly very very poor customer service.

Just becouse of above reasons I decided to deactivate my credit card, but deactivate option not in SBICARD app.

I have try many times on customer care call service, email service, through app but no response from SBI CREDIT CARD.

Finally I have block sbicredit card from there app. But still they applying many charges as anuam maintain charges, late payment charges.

I am still trying contact them but they not solving my problem.

I requested to them please deactivate my account but they do not want deactivate my account, and they want earn money from penalty charges.

Why SBICARD not given deactivate option in there app ?

Don't know, the answer only given by SBICARD only.

Now days every things on your finger tips but sbi card not want given advance option to there customer, they only want to how to get money from there customer by charging them.

They know how they provided customer care service. They know how to manage customers question.

They know how to get money from extra charge, late charge, anual maintenance charge.

I thing just becouse of above things they not given deactivate credit card option in SBICARD app. They know if they given option customer leave there services.

Why SBICARD representative not answering on call ?

I have many times call to SBICARD customer care service but the only recorded voice there. They not have representative to pick up call.

SBICARD things recorded call solving all customers problem so that they have not need to representative.

Till date I have not received single call from sbicard.
