What is superficial punctate keratitis (SPK) ?
Superficial punctate keratitis is an eye disorder caused by death of small groups of cells on the surface of the cornea. Damage of superficial cells of the cornea it's get punctate defects. Basically not visible simply but when we see under sleep lamp by microscope it's get visible defect like dot shaped or punctate.
To better visibility or observe with Fluorescein dye under Cobalt blue light filter its getting more visible.
