राष्ट्रीय निवृत्तिवेतन प्रणाली व जुनी निवृत्तिवेतन योजना यांचा तुलनात्मक अभ्यास करण्यासाठी नियुक्त केलेल्या समितीस मुदतवाढ देण्याबाबत.

शासन निर्णय :-

वित्त विभाग, शासन निर्णय दिनांक १४.०३.२०२३ अन्वये राष्ट्रीय निवृत्तिवेतन प्रणाली व जुनी निवृत्तिवेतन योजना यांचा तुलनात्मक अभ्यास करुन दिनांक १ नोव्हेंबर, २००५ रोजी किंवा त्यानंतर नियुक्त होणाऱ्या कर्मचाऱ्यांना सेवानिवृत्ती अंती खात्रीशीर आर्थिक व सामाजिक सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करण्यासाठी उपाययोजनेबाबत शिफारस/अहवाल शासनास सादर करण्यासाठी सेवानिवृत्त भा.प्र.से. अधिकारी यांची समिती गठीत करण्यात आली आहे. सदर समितीने तीन महिन्यात शासनास अहवाल सादर करण्याच्या सूचना देण्यात आल्या होत्या. तथापि, समितीकडे प्राप्त झालेल्या माहितीचे सांख्यिकीय, आर्थिक, वैज्ञानिक, तांत्रिकदृष्ट्या विश्लेषण करुन शासनास परिपूर्ण शिफारस / अहवाल सादर करण्यासाठी समितीस वित्त विभाग, शासन निर्णय दिनांक २७.०७.२०२३ अन्वये दोन महिन्यांसाठी दि.१४.०८.२०२३ पर्यंत मुदतवाढ देण्यात आली होती.

२. सद्य:स्थितीमध्ये समितीचे अहवाल तयार करण्याचे कामकाज अंतरिम टप्यावर असून अंतिम परिपूर्ण अहवाल सादर करण्याकरिता समितीस दिनांक १५.११.२०२३ पर्यंत मुदतवाढ देण्यात येत आहे.

Government Decision :-

Finance Department vide Government Decision dated 14.03.2023 to conduct a comparative study of the National Pension System and Old Pension Scheme and submit a recommendation/ report to the Government regarding measures to ensure assured financial and social security at the end of retirement to the employees appointed on or after 1st November, 2005 Retired I.A.S. A committee of officers has been constituted. The committee was instructed to submit a report to the government in three months. However, the Committee was given an extension for two months till 14.08.2023 under the Finance Department, Government Decision dated 27.07.2023 to submit a complete recommendation / report to the Government after analyzing the information received by the Committee in a statistical, financial, scientific and technical manner.

2. At present, the work of preparing the report of the committee is at an interim stage and the committee is being given an extension till 15.11.2023 for submitting the final complete report.
